As you are gaming, it is also important to guard yourself against mental issues associated with gaming. One can get addicted to video games. Some common symptoms of addiction are restlessness especially when you are not able to play. Gaming ends up preoccupying your thoughts all the time. You even go further to lie to your friends about how much time you spend playing video games. If you realise that these symptoms have manifested in your behaviour you need to make a decision to control your addiction because it has the capacity to reduce the quality of life you live. It is important to understand that games are not meant to be completed. Every game is created so that players can fail so failure should not preoccupy your mind.
